"Overall, we had a good stay. The rooms were a great size with decent amount of space, which made our visit comfortable especially after doing 5 days of the camino. The hotel's location was very convenient and made it easy to get around Santiago (about 10 min walk to the cathedral). That said, cleanliness could be improved. We found a clump of hair in the shower drain and hair on the shower head, which didn't make us feel great about the cleanliness."

"Very convenient location, with free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful historic building. Swimming pool and jacuzzi very welcome after a day's exploring the city. The heritage nature of the building means the rooms are a bit small with limited natural light. And the soundproofing between rooms is weak. We could hear our neighbour coughing all night and chairs being moved around upstairs."

"Great hotel , lovly pool on a very hot day , safe parking, great free breakfast, staff was wonderful, will be coming back one day hopefully. Short 5 min walk to bars etc , burger king just up road ."

"The hotel is clean, warm & welcoming. The staff is professional, courteous and very helpful. Sheets and towels are clean; water hot and with great pressure. The window opens to allow cool night air in, saving in air conditioning! Location is convenient!"
