"Such a great hotel overall! The room was clean and spacious—we absolutely loved it. The location was excellent and the breakfast was great as well. The only downside was that the staff didn’t seem very friendly, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, a wonderful stay."

"This is a delightful hotel. It is in a great location in the old town. It's close to attractions, but tucked far enough back from the main square that it's quiet at night. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. We'll definitely stay there if we are ever in Toledo again."

"The welcome at reception was warm and friendly, with the manager going out of his way to make us welcome. The room was lovely, fresh clean and roomy. As we were only staying for one night, more than ample for our needs. Not much to see on a walk before dinner, narrow pavements around the town but safe enough in the area. "An excellent stay. The hotel is a little out of Toledo, which I thought was an advantage. No noise, peace and quiet - perfect. Breakfast was very good, excellent quality. The swimming pool was very pleasant. My room was spacious, clean with a first class terrace. I liked the fresh lemon water in reception - especially as it was very hot. Hotel staff were genuinely cheerful. If I ever return to Toledo this hotel would be my first choice. The only negative. Nothing to do with the hotel. Public transport into Toledo was extremely limited. So a car is essential."

"Apart from how excellent this accommodation was, I felt like staying in a royal castle. The rich history, smell of the old castle, furniture and surroundings add so much to the experience. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had an early morning train so they were so accommodating in packing our to-go breakfasts. Very happy and glad I stayed here. "
