"The staff were very helpful. I did not receive any code for the lock box, called after hours number and a staff member was there to let me in, in two minutes. Very family friendly and my doggie loves the place and the beach that he runs on. I stayed two days this time and really enjoyed myself. The nights were very quiet and I slept well. "I booked this place through Expedia and drove about 8 hours from south of Sydney to the hotel location on 30th of December 2020, but the owner told me that it was a mistake and they are not with Expedia anymore. She told me that my booking should have been cancelled and they could not accomodate us. So I ended up driving back towards Sydney again on the same day. I also had to book an accomodation which I did not want in Newcastle for the night. I also massaged the owner to follow up the problem...
