"Gorgoeus hotel and location. Only complaints are the very very tiny elevator, the super soft pillows and small shower. But those are minor complaints for an overall wonderful resort like hotel."

"Main positive is the location and the view - well worth paying for the lake view. Rooms are large and ok. Overall hotel a bit scruffy - paint scuffed, carpets with holes in, corridors not very clean. Restaurant very hit and miss, some dishes really good but others just ok and service is so slow that food tends to arrive cold. Breakfast is pretty ordinary for that class of hotel. "Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains. "

"I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. All the staff were great, Thomas even drove us to the ski lift on the first day and recommended a good ski hire shop. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold options. The sauna is a good addition to the hotel especially after a cold day on the mountain and the ski room is modern with plenty of racks for drying boots, gloves etc. The rooms were...

"The Property felt like a secluded Country Retreat, but was in the City of Evian. The Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The Property was very quiet and private. "

"We arrived after 1400, reception staff Mon existent. A cleaner helped us inside via the restaurant, still no reception staff! 10 mins later a member of staff arrived. Room not ready, no chance to eat in restaurant as full that evening. Other hotel restaurant in vicinity also full. Advised to go into Clusaz and try our look there! Balcony had 'view' of blank 2 storey wall, not hills or lake as detailed. Hotel is undergoing extension building works to finish in June 19."

"Je suis venue passer une nuitée avec ma copine et nous avez passé un très bon séjour. L’hôtel a du être récemment rénové car les chambres paraissent assez récentes. Le personnel d’accueil est adorable, le spa avec vue sur la vallée est superbe. L’hôtel dispose même d’une salle de jeux avec billard, ping pong et fléchettes, de quoi bien s’amuser. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet assez varié et de très bonne qualité, il est inclus avec la chambre contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Expedia....
