"The location of the Aston La Scala is perfect: Across the street from the greenbelt park, easy walking distance to the beach and to old town Nice, close to good shopping. The staff was especially helpful when I left my phone in the taxi. They spoke with the person who answered my phone and got it back. The view from the rooftop bar could be the best in the city. We liked the hotel so much that we returned for a few days at the end of our trip. We highly recommend the Aston La Scaa"

"The hotel is well maintained and staff are helpful. The environment is relaxing. However, for lunch we waited over an hour for our mains with no acknowledgement or reason given in a restaurant that was not busy. Our room had the distinct smell from the kitchen a few floors below."
