"Hotel rooms and reception area were very bright. All areas of the hotel have been recently refurbished and are well maintained. The double bed in the hotel room was pleasingly large and comfortable.
All staff were very helpful and bedrooms were cleaned daily. There were almost daily aqua aerobic and aqua gym classes which were very enjoyable and led by energetic and enthusiastic staff who made the sessions fun. There were plenty of loungers and umbrellas around the pools , which were spotlessly...
"The room was spacious and equipped with toiletries, a fridge and kettle. Some aspects were a little dated but overall a good space. The same goes for the rest of the hotel, it had a mixture of beautiful spaces with slightly more dated ones. The breakfast had a vast assortment.
The outdoor swimming pool was not heated but the indoor facilities were lovely.
The location was excellent, in a quiet area but close to a few beaches.
We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very helpful."
"Room was nice and clean. Had great breakfast variety and the staff was really nice and attentive.
I tried to book a massage but because it is a third party company it takes time to book so the reservation after 4 tries could not be done. Nonetheless the other spa spaces are clean and great.
Paola, was really sweet and caring. She made sure to explain the amenities properly and gave great and truthful recommendations of places and things to do."
"Overall, the hotel is worthy of 4 stars. The staff were exceptional from the outset. We had a few minor issues but they were resolved quickly. We especially want to thank Bruno and Leonora.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of
variety.
We would definitely stay here again."
"Very clean hotel, excellent location, big rooms, nice pools, Sauna/steam room good.
Breakfast good. Evening buffet average.
Very busy with golfers, so not ideal for non golfing couples.
Excellent coffee shop.
Rooms, particularly bathrooms need updating."
"We had a terrible experience, first the building and pictures looked nothing like the hotel , very dated and musty smelling . Little geckos around and staff very condescending and rude . We had to ask for an iron and that came at a fee . The most polite man called Rodrigo or a name with R, said we could use the iron and return. We left 3 days early due to these unforeseen circumstances."
"Overall, a very good hotel/resort. The challenge is that it's layout is over a very large property. Finding your way around is a mystery and walking to your room, with the luggage, from the reception is very difficult ... but they arranged for a van to take us. Using Uber at night, the driver couldn't find our villa."
"The property and the facilities were great, location to the beach was good whether you walked or got the train.
What was not good at all, EXPEDIA, was paying for a weeks accommodation and then getting hit with a bill when we come to check out because the rate per night changes. That is unacceptable but we had to pay it and the tourist tax 😡"
"Niente di che… Hotel stantio. Colazione non all’altezza del 4 stelle e per altro in un seminterrato . Comodo per Playa de Falésia ma assolutamente privo di vista e atmosfera. Non mi è piaciuto"
"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check...
