"My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. They offer free wine tastings of their cellar and balsamic tastings. The restaurant was great, delicious tasting menu. Gravi disservizi per ciò che riguarda il riscaldamento che nonostante le ripetute richieste di attivazione, è rimasto comunque spento nonostante la temperatura lo richiedesse. Personale non sempre consapevole della situazione ( prima comunicato che bastava attivare il termostato, poi comunicato che l’impianto era spento, poi comunicato che sarebbe stato attivato a breve , cosa mai avvenuta)"
