"Fantastische plek. Aanrader. Minpuntjes: gedateerde douche en wifi was niet best. Een wasrekje om badkleding te drogen zou fijn zijn. De zitjes in de tuin waren ook niet allemaal oké. Voor de rest alleen maar positief. Erg vriendelijk personeel."
"Sehr schönes Anwesen, aber leider nur von außen. Unser Zimmer war total alt und abgewohnt und hatte nichts mit den auf der Internetseite gezeigten Bildern zu tun. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, welches jedoch weder von der Größe noch von der Einrichtung den Bildern entsprochen hat. Im Bad war Schimmel an der Wand.
Die Dame an der Rezeption zuckte nur mit den Schultern, dazu könne sie nichts sagen.
Zum Glück hatten wir nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht.

Avevamo scelto questo relais perché dotato di servizio ricarica auto elettrica ma purtroppo ne siamo rimasti delusi perché trattasi di wallbox per una sola vettura (al nostro arrivo, nel tardo pomeriggio, è rimasta occupata fino la mattina dopo). Non abbiamo trovato in camera l’usuale foglio con le indicazioni sui servizi offerti e orari colazione etc)."
"Great location and lovely staff, but the property itself feels quite dated. Be aware that some rooms, like ours, require navigating stairs and two elevators, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The gardens are lovely and a real highlight, but the ground-floor interior, particularly the bar, feels dated and rather depressing. Overall, if I were back in Gubbio, I would choose to stay somewhere else."
