Staff was speaking English well, and was super friendly and efficient at check in. Parking is easy behind the hotel yet there is no direct access to the lobby. "This is a very good hotel--comfortable room, lovely dining room with a glass top like a conservatory. I had two different dinners and both were excellent. All of the staff were very helpful and accomodating. it is very well located, and within easy walking distance from the Place Nationale downtown area. I recommend it highly."
