"The people at the reception desk were super nice and helpful, both the day Lady and the evening guy. They tried to do everything possibile to make your stay a pleasurable one. The Hotel location is good if you are trying to get one of the ferries or tours to the Aeolian Islands. Unfortunately is on a side street and in front of a cargo section of the Milazzo Port. "Lovely place. Giada paid attention to us as if she were the owner. Convenient location to the port. 10 minute walk to the ferry, retaurants and shopping. Excellent breakfast. We will be staying at the same hotel next week upon our return from Stromboli."

"We had a great stay at Vuelle Apartments. The view from our room was excellent, and the staff was exceptional. They helped us with all our questions about the area, which made our trip even better. The location was right by the beach. The marina and boardwalk were easy to walk to. The apartments are large, clean, and perfectly furnished. I highly recommend a stay here. "

"The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort."

"Our family of four loved staying here. Maurizio and his staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The large, clean pool was fabulous after active days visiting the Etna region. We went out in the local town for dinner once and can really recommend it. Thank you!"
