"We arrived on a late flight, and could still check-in. The hotel is close to AEP. I recommend taking an airport taxi instead of their transport system. We were told it would cost $18 USA but the driver charged us 35$. We had to dig in our carryons to find cash, as we could only pay by cash. The hotel clerk said it said it should be $15. Then we did not have cash left to get stuff at AEP airport. We liked the hotelbut the gouging on transportation ruined our view of the hotel They did have a good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms"

"The front desk people are very nice and speak excellent English! We can exchange the currency and good rate. We wish the waiters know more English. The hotel Is in a great location and close the downtown. I will recommend my friends to stay this hotel!"

"We loved this hotel. It’s a high rise from around 1995, but built in a much earlier style, with lovely wide staircases, traditional sculpture and plenty of comfortable public areas to sit and listen to the piano player at dinner time! The room was comfortable, traditionally furnished, with a nice wood floor and the bathroom had plenty of ‘marble’. Excellent service. "
