"The hotel could do with a refresh for a four star hotel. It’s a bit battered around the edges. However, it is clean and the staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast was good."

"Great location and great staff. The rooms varied greatly. We had three rooms. Poor, fine and excellent."

"The location and view are really the only positives we can give this hotel. Unfortunately, the staff were consistently unhelpful and no one seemed particularly interested in creating a welcoming environment for guests. The pool “bar” was especially disappointing. Half of the items we tried to order from the menu were unavailable, and despite advertising a happy hour at the pool, the bar would close in the early evening. The rooms were also disappointing. "Love the location and the view of the balcony rooms. Grounds were excellent and beautiful property. It’s an older hotel with vintage vibe but makes you feel like you are in true Italy. Well maintained and cleaned. Highly recommend."

"The staff is really nice and friendly. Clean hotel"

"Amazing views from our balcony and beautiful pool overlooking the water. Delicious buffet breakfast. Short walk to town and very close to the bus station. Also close to the gondola going down to the beach. A beautiful hotel I would stay here again."
