"AC didn’t work on our room which was the main reason we left another hotel. The man at the front desk was a bit aloof and I had to ask 3 times for help, and he finally got us another room. No help was provided for our move and we’re older patrons. We had to move ourselves including 2 sets of stairs being the only access to the new room. Close to restaurants and transportation and in a safe area. Beds comfortable. Carpet on halls a bit worn. Nice lobby for an inner city hotel."

"We love this place. It is a perfect stopover on the drive from Umbria to the UK. Very friendly to people and dogs. Secure parking and a restaurant "
