"The hotel is the perfect central location for the city and everything is within walking distance. Wonderful front desk staff who managed to answer all my questions! I loved the rooms and the view from the room and the amazingly soft bed. Nice glass shower with good pressure too. The breakfast buffet area has an amazing view -- it is so cool to see all the snow capped Alps around you. The buffet was very good, with super alpine ham too!"

Der Marmor, die Stofftapeten und alten Möbel wirken sehr authentisch, nur die paar moderneren, technischen Geräte(Fehrnseher, altes Telefon - aber nicht alt genug für den Stil) trüben das Bild etwas. Der alte Stil ist Geschmackssache, mir hat er jedoch sehr gut gefallen. Für den vielen Stoff und die ganzen Teppiche war es überraschend sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist relativ klein, aber...

"Great hotel with unique exterior decoration. Rooms are large and functional and there is a free car park adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was very good and only 2 minute walk into main town. Used the hotel so we could attend a concert in Klagenfurt only 15 miles away."

When I expained it to the receptionist we get a triple room. The receptionist said the 3rd bed is not made but it will be made in some minutes. We returned to the hotel 8 hours later but the 3rd bed was not made so we had to wiait for it about half an hour."

"Our stay at the Gasthof zur Post was all we could have hoped for. The Kramer family and their staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of fresh food on offer at the buffet with the option of freshly cooked items too. We only ate at the hotel on one evening but the food was very good - plenty of choices. Rooms clean and spacious. We didn't use the spa facilities because we were visiting family in the area and time was short but certainly would if we stay...

"Very nice resort! Excellent breakfast!! Room was clean and nice except there was no air conditioning and no screen on the French door. The door had to be kept open 24/7 for air, which let in neighbor's smoke and bugs!! Would go back to the new section of the resort."

"Netter Empfang, tolles Appartement. Das Sofabett auch für 2 große Jugendliche ausreichend und bequem. Frühstückseier können selbst von den Hühern geholt werden und auch das Hochbeet mit Kräutern und Tomaten, etc. steht zur allgemeinen Verfügung. Das schöne Strandbad ist in Gehweite (mit eigenem Bollerwagen pro Appartement). Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen! "
