"The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Front desk employees all spoke English. My only issue was I was lead to believe that the hotel was next to the train station and in walking distance. 30 minute walk with luggage is really not doable. Yet the hotel provided us with free bus tickets which were great for getting around the city "

The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. "It’s nestled away in the beautiful Swiss alps. Walking distance from the train station. Food was great and service superb. The only mild annoyance is after staying four days the charged me 2 Chf for additional pods of coffee. "

"The staff at this property was beyond excellent. Had a great room with a huge balcony, when I hurt my knee they provided everything needed. The hotel provides easy access to ski and restaurants. Great new spa too! "

"Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room."
