"The view from out room was jaw dropping. The room itself was a large and comfortable. The food was ok, unfortunately the night we ate there the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. But no big deal. Restaurants close a little on the early side in town, but we also visited in summer and not during peak ski season. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity. "Hotel therm met all expectations and exceeded them. As did the beautiful city of merano. We originally staying only 1 night but due to the beauty we decided to alter the last half of our trip to go back a few days. And hotel therm was the perfect choice again. Good location for the city, plus access to thermal pools was an amazing perk. The roof pool of the hotel, had perfect views of the mountains to relax to."

"The venue is in the perfect location if you’re looking for a beautiful view. It was very clean and the food offered was nice after a long day, simple snack and appetizer grab style. The upstairs has a pool and sauna for community use. The owners are super sweet and kind people, their child you may see at the hotel but other than that it’s adult only."

"It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade...."
