"Großartig sauberes Zimmer, gut eingerichtet, leider gab es keine Zimmer mit schönem Meerblick und privatem Balkon. Wir haben Meerblick gebucht und mehr erwartet. Reichhaltiges Frühstück - Kaffeequalität ist sicher Geschmacksache. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend."
"Super war der Balkon...mit sogar bisschen Meerblick und man konnte rauchen...Aschenbecher steht auf dem Tisch.

Sauberes Hotel und vielfältige Essen Auswahl...jedoch manche Fleischgerichte sehr knurbelig und fettig. Das Essen hätte insgesamt ein intensiveres Würzen vertragen können. Als ziemlich störend empfand ich das Kinder geblärre und das herumspringen während den Essenszeiten...liegt aber oft an der Erziehung...das hätte es früher nicht gegeben....
"You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly....
"Decent hotel for the money. Pictures are deceiving. Pool has limited chairs. Did not eat at the hotel at all because there was always a faint smell of vomit. Room was old and needs updating. The housekeeper opened the door to the deck daily which made the room extremely hot upon entering and you are unable to leave on the air conditioning when you leave the room. The smallest shower I’ve ever seen with no wash rags available."
"Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass es zwei Bäder im Zimmer gab. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. und die kleine Terrasse war auch nett.
Das Frühstück hat uns nicht so gefallen, es gab zwar eine relativ große Auswahl, aber leider viel Convenience Food, wenig schmackhaft, Obst von schlechter Qualität
Dafür war das Ambiente in der Bar und dort auch der Kaffee und die Speisen wirklich gut."
"Well thought out for families, still allowing sufficient space for privacy/quiet time for a couple with only child. Lots of activities and areas for our child to make friends. Excellent food, all the staff (particularly the unsung service heroes) were superb. A wonderful experience. Book any restaurant meals as early as possible!"
"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely!
The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night.
We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"
"Eigentlich alles perfekt - bis auf das Essen. Bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber sowohl Fisch als auch Fleischgerichte waren IMMER nicht genießbar: zu Tode gegrillt oder gebraten. Kein Saft, kein Geschmack, hart & zäh. Ferner war das Live Cooking im Restaurant aufgrund einer fehlenden leistungsstarken Abzugsanlagen eine Räucherei der Gäste. Hier ist noch ganz viel Luft nach oben. Würde das Hotel aufgrund der Küche nicht nochmal buchen."
"This was one of the best hotels stays. Everything was wonderful! Breakfast was always delicious. Fresh fruit and Cappuccino every morning. Our room was beautiful and generously sized. My husband and I had plenty of space to unpack for the week. The staff is A+++. Every person we came in contact with was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is in the perfect location. You can walk to just about any where. We rented a car and had no trouble finding parking. I am back to work so...
"Aripostolos graciously welcomed us to the hotel and gave us much information for sightseeing. Our 2 storey suite was fantastic! Very peaceful,comfortable,private balcony. Central courtyard with small plunge pool and sitting area was delightful!Breakfast was delicious. Adjoining restaurant and bar was very nice.Right in the heart of old Rethymnon with many restaurants and shopping all around us .Thankyou for an amazing stay ! Highly recommended ❤️"
"Hotel created from abandoned village in the hills behind Rethymno. Gorgeous location and top notch accommodations. Breakfast was very good, and we had a great meal one night at the restaurant there. Wish we had stayed longer..."
