"The room, bed, and bathroom were all clean and great. Plenty of space for 2. Breakfast was also great. It was as advertised. Rating is high because it is great value for the money. The location is a little “industrial” but it is next to a mall, and McDonalds. For our simple needs, it gets top rating. "

"We traveled with our three teenagers around Italy. This hotel was very well located and has a very convenient and easily accessible parking. The rooms and bathroom were comfortable and clean, we had a fully equipped kitchenette. The only reason I gave four stars is because the hotel was probably too “eco-friendly”. There was one blanket for 5 people and we couldn’t adjust the temperature at night when it dropped to 15C outside. Beautiful balconies but chilly at night."

"There is a lack of sound proofing in the hotel so you can here when someone coughs in the next room or shuts their door."

"While a lovely town, this area was overbuilt a while ago. For the price paid (160) the value just isn't there. At one point, this might have been grand, but it is a bit well loved (tatty) at the edges. Alll heart, but a remanant from another time. "

Artistic touches delight inside and outside Felicin, views of the world-famous Barolos vineyards are featured in rooms (with balconiess), the warm and welcoming staff (Daniel, Andrea, Sylvia & others) became friends and the ristorante for both colazione and cena were unparallelled. Owner Nino was a particular presence offering a ride...

"Its an older Hotel but clean and comfortable with good views from the Balcony. Parking around the backside. The bed was very firm and could do with a Mattress topper."
