"This property is a real quiet gem for being next to a large water park and full of families and kids when it’s park season. Very helpful staff, easy to communicate with in English. 10 minutes from anywhere in benidorm by car. Best 24/7 entrance for the entire property is the rear through the top east side."
"Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and excellent location. Arrived out of check in hours 4am and reception staff still very helpful and accommodating. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice and regularly replenished. Will return."
"Checked in late at night keys were very easy to find and access fantastic views , was a bit disappointed with the onsite restaurant after reading the reviews there was a small supermarket 5 min walk as well as the onsite shop"
"Very clean and cozy place to stay for guests looking for a calm and relaxing spot. Ideal for couples. It’s a bit far from the city so plan your displacements. We had a car and it was perfect, plus the parking lots near the hotel were free of charge. The room was clean and had all we needed for our stay! Would recommend to anyone."
"The only thing that that stopped me giving this hotel an excellent on all fronts was the information given about the swapping of dinner for lunch on one of our days. We were half board and were told we could swap from dinner to lunch when we arrived however when we tried to do this on one of our days the restaurant staff advised that we cant do single days and we would need to pay for that day or change to lunch for our whole stay.
Other than that the hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean,...
