"This hotel/ resort was listed as on the beach ..it was on a mountain side. The hotel reception was terrible, staff was very rude and had absolutely ZERO customer service and less then ZERO hospitality. They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked up and then had to wait for over an hour and a half for a less then 10 minute drive. Stayed for 15 days only because it was booked and no one else had rooms available. Had to walk down the mountain and...

Cependant assez bruyant (cela dépend des voisins ! !!) Et restauration sur place un peu compliqué à mon avis. Très bonne glaces et granitas.
Activités pour les enfants, animateurs aimables. Mer à proximité, parfait, avec parasol et chaises à disposition.

"Wonderful location, right across the street from the beach. Host was wonderful. Antonella was helpful and professional. Apartment was as advertised. I come to Sicily every couple of years to visit family and I will definitely stay here again."
"Hotel was hard to find. Once there the staff was pleasant. The surprise came when we had to drive up a long dirt road to our villa. Once there the room and view was great. We had to Steve to the pool, restaurant bs bar. A little inconvenient but nevertheless a unique experience. Driving a must to get around. Not a close walk to anywhere."
