"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned.
Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."
"Property has great location right next to Lincoln Center & is more reasonably priced than most Manhattan hotels. Also has beautiful Art-Deco lobby with tunes from Great American Songbook piped in. But it’s old & has seen better days. Microscopic bathrooms. No amenities, no room service, no coffeemakers in room. You have to go outside to corner Starbucks to get coffee. During my stay, there was no water overnight one night. I got up to go to the bathroom around 12:30am & no water to flush toilet...
"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good.
However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise.
Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."
"Great location if you want to be near Times Square and subway access. We had a corner room and the view was great. The guys that work the front door/desk were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was great and very friendly. Thank you for a great stay!"
"Ridiculous wait times for descending elevators — as long as 7 minutes. No housekeeping service at all when I left my room at 1230 pm and returned after 6. The only thing going for it is the location."
