"Would not recommend to anyone to stay at this Motel. The staff were not helpful in any way. I booked a room clearly stating it was for 4 Adults, arrived after hours to find my room had 1 King bed, phoned the property manager who told me it was an issue to deal with through Expedia, she had no other rooms available and didn't want to help any further. One adult had to sleep on the floor which had a huge stain on the carpet whilst the three other adults had to sleep in a King bed ( 2 singles...
"The property was fine, accommodation was roomy and clean with everything we desired. The only negative was for such a large bathroom they had such a tiny shower, very uncomfortable."

"I booked this place through Expedia and drove about 8 hours from south of Sydney to the hotel location on 30th of December 2020, but the owner told me that it was a mistake and they are not with Expedia anymore. She told me that my booking should have been cancelled and they could not accomodate us. So I ended up driving back towards Sydney again on the same day. I also had to book an accomodation which I did not want in Newcastle for the night. I also massaged the owner to follow up the problem...
