"They were overbooked and even though we had a reservation, they did not have a room for us. They apologized (and obviously it was not the front desk gal’s fault) told us to try and find another hotel, at 2am."

"Overall good. Nothing wrong with the hotel, just didn’t wow me. Fairly priced and convenient to Miami to leave for a cruise. Great location."

"worst place"

"Very close to everything. Rooms did have a musty smell. Wasnt happy that they charged you a cash fee to store your luggage. No fridge or ice machine, but staff did quickly bring us a bucket of ice. Sink was clogged & shower handle flew off from water pressure. Staff did send someone up quickly to fix plumbing issues."
