"6th time to this resort, never disappointed"

"Excellent place ! Always a pleasure to stay her."

"Falta de personal y falta mucha comunicación"

"Location location location is pretty much all this place has to offer. Our first room was next to a room that was being renovated from 9a.m to 6 p.m. They told us to get outa our room 11a.m but had to wait till 3 to get into other room. "Las atenciones fueron muchas y agradables, la playa no estaba disponible"

"Excellent breakfast Staff very friendly"

"Great property. on a smaller side.. though provided a very intimate setting for our stay."

"I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice."
