Two wonderful waitresses from Thailand and Zambia were very nice and friendly. The guy at the reception in the evening during checkin was typical grumpy but spoke English. "Mit dem Zimmer, dem Spa Bereich und dem Restaurant waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Der Service war jedoch leider unterdurchnittlich. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts ging mehrere Male etwas mit den Karten zum Öffnen der Zimmer schief (zum Beispiel Karten vertauscht fuer zwei Zimmer in unserer Gruppe beim check in, Karte abgelaufen um 10 Uhr am Tag der Abreise obwohl check out bis 11 Uhr). Ich habe Verständnis dass mal etwas schief geht, aber das waren insgesamt 4 Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten bei...

Frühstück mit aussergewöhnlich üppiger Auswahl an Speisen und flexible Küche für zusätzliche Speisen wie Omelette. Sauberes Hotel mit gepflegter Ausstattung, Ladestation vor dem Haus, in hervorragender Lage für Spaziergänge mitten im Spessart. Sehr zu empfehlen."

"All we could have expected. A spacious, airy room with a nice enough view. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent restaurant with lots of outdoor tables, except it’s closed Sunday & Monday. Fortunately there are alternatives, and Miltenberg is walking distance too. "

"Sehr schöne Anlage mit englischem Garten, Tennisplatz und ein paar Fitnessgeräte. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön ruhig auf dem Hügel. Freundliches Personal und Frühstück war gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, das ist das einzig Unangenehme."
