"From the moment we arrived at Seven Park Hotel, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. "Staff were helpful and friendly, we used Google translate a lot. 10 minutes from Colico by Taxi (don't rely on the bus), where you can get the hydrofoil to other areas around Lake Como. Fantastic underground parking. The food in the restaurant was lovely and great service."
