Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are large and very comfortable, with large beds, a large desk and chest of drawers, a small table with armchairs, and a good sized bathroom. The breakfast restaurant does a very good traditional German breakfast, where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the Porta Nigra over bread and...

"Lovely hotel, beautiful park behind it was lovely for walking in even though the weather was not good. Hotel is beautiful, the interior is stunning. Our room (we had a suite) was lovely. Food was good in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a casino next door and a water park next to that. Our only gripe was the pillows on the beds. You had one large and one small one each and they were way too soft. "
