"Excellent place to stay in the area. Buffet dinner was ok and it was the same food both nights for us. Breakfast was the same both mornings as well. Hotel was good, laundry service was handy, nightly fires was awesome - good place to sit and read a book or play games. Hotel is a bit dated but was very comfy."

"Super cute cottage style property about 25mims from Cradle Mountain. Really spacious with a lounge/dining/kitchen and huge bathroom with spa. You so need to be prepared for this accom as there are no cooking facilitates, just a microwave and not much around. There is also no wifi and almost no Telstra service (1 bar of 4g). If you’re looking for something off grid that’s still comfy and warm this is perfect. "

"We were married here in 2015 and return regularly. It is a truely unique place, away from it all out in the beautiful Tasmanian rainforest. A place to relax, get in touch with nature, escape the hustle and bustle and recharge. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, if a little outdated. The king beds could use an upgrade ie. make them a king, not two singles joined in the middle. But the cabins are warm, light filled and surrounded by the rainforest. We stayed as a family, 2 kids under 5,...
