"This is an outstanding hotel nestled in the hills with outstanding views. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough to help you. We stayed for 5 nights and genuinely did not want to leave. We were made to feel at home at all times and the rooms were very nice and very comfortable. All this said, with such a beautiful property it was the staff throughout that made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. I do hope that the owners appreciate what a great team they have. A little noise between rooms and floors a little annoying if you’re stuck next to or under a family that drags their chair across the tile or someone who lets kids run around and yell at 11 pm. These things will happen everywhere though because we hans can forgot about others. It hasn’t deterred us from returning to Hotel Panorama. This was our second stay. "
