"We had an unexpected layover in Venlo and stayed here 1 night. It is a beautiful, quiet property nestled in a forest area. The staff was accommodating and the room was very nice. It was not walking distance to Venlo or the train station but the taxi ride was inexpensive. No restaurants near the hotel but the hotel does have a bar/restaurant with a picturesque patio area and friendly staff. "

"Had an issue with my room where the air con had a slow drip. Spoke to the receptionist, who advised the maintenance was not available so if I wanted to change the room.
