"I have stayed here many times and always had the best service so not sure what has changed. Paid for early check in 12pm and wasn’t in my room until just before 1pm. Arranged for private airport transfer which didn’t turn up on our departure and almost missed our flights and waited over an hour on arrival as the driver didn’t have the booking. Very disappointing when service in the past has been so good"

"My stay at Anchorage Port Stephens was great. I had a family size Villa facing the harbor for my two sons and myself. King size bed with a twin size bed and a sofa. Very spacious and clean accommodations. View of the harbor were amazing. Staff were always polite and helpful. Breakfast included with our stay was delicious. The hotel is also close to a nearby shopping center and a few minutes drive to local beaches and many attractions. I definitely recommend."
