It was raining extremely hard when I arrived, and there is no covered area or convenient place to stop and unload luggage. If you are traveling with bags, the experience can be a nightmare. "We were told on the phone there was a shuttle from hotel to port (cruise) that was free. That was false. Not a huge deal, $34 for 2 of us. We were on 3rd floor and 1 of 3 elevators wouldn't recognize button for 3rd floor. Annoying when you're trying to catch another elevator too but keeps going to that one. Numerous times I had to go up to 2 or 4 to come back to 2. Never told about the pool being out until October or so. The worst was the bathroom in our room. It had a constant sewage...
