"Food was excellent and the service was great. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Already looking to book another trip for next year. Would highly recommend a stay here."
"Everything starts at check in and we found the staff indifferent. We were 15 min early for check in but said go upstairs and have lunch and it will be ready soon. 2 hours later we were still waiting. We could have gone out and enjoyed the town vs hanging around the hotel. We finally did leave since it was taking so long. The room itself was nothing special even for Italian standards. Never had coffee pods available unless I called for them daily. The pool area seemed ok but was always in...
"The location and view are really the only positives we can give this hotel.
Unfortunately, the staff were consistently unhelpful and no one seemed particularly interested in creating a welcoming environment for guests. The pool “bar” was especially disappointing. Half of the items we tried to order from the menu were unavailable, and despite advertising a happy hour at the pool, the bar would close in the early evening.
The rooms were also disappointing. The bed and pillows were extremely...
"Love the location and the view of the balcony rooms. Grounds were excellent and beautiful property. It’s an older hotel with vintage vibe but makes you feel like you are in true Italy. Well maintained and cleaned. Highly recommend."
"We arrive at night in a thunder storm and we got the worse room I ever had in a hotel.
Small, ugly, horrible view, no water pressure, it was room #414.
After 2 days of hell, we got on the last day a water view, balcony and a LOT of water pressure , room #409
It was night and day"
"Amazing views from our balcony and beautiful pool overlooking the water. Delicious buffet breakfast. Short walk to town and very close to the bus station. Also close to the gondola going down to the beach. A beautiful hotel I would stay here again."
"Nice hotel. Room was large and comfortable bed, but a bit dated. We got there a bit late 945pm, and the kitchen was closed with no room service available. They helped us order pizza delivery for dinner
The in door pool was great, as was the spa. Nice outdoor pools as well but not heated.
Breakfast was good"
"This is a great place to stay in Taormina. We weren’t sure if we should stay so high up but the shuttle service the hotel provides is super easy to use. Can take short walk up the hill to amazing views as well as stairs down to corso umberto.
Breakfast always amazing and having the pool was perfect.
Beautiful views in from each room. We booked the enta suite and it was amazing"
