"Enjoyed our two night stay at the Grand Chancellor. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly, no question was too hard to answer, and they were happy to do so. Rooms were well presented, clean, spacious. Excellent hot water in the shower, pressure was wonderful! Only a couple of small downsides - room was incredibly warm when we arrived, and even with us turning the aircon dial down to 20 it was still quite hot in the room. Didn't need a blanket :) Also there was some noise, quite possibly...

"View was fantastic and a great location so you could walk everywhere. However the rooms were below par in regards to needing some maintenance. Broken fly wire screen, broken draws, worn furniture, chipped paint, running toilet. Definitely in need of some upgrading in these areas. Other than that we had a great weekend away. "
