"The front desk was so EXTREMELY patient and kind to us. They were very accomadating and understanding to our language barrier. An exceptionally thoughtful young man assisted us part way to get our bus in the rain. Without his help not sure if we would have made our connections. Front desk and your man (possibly Asian) went above and beyond. Highly recommend…!"

"First off, walked into our room and was greeted by an amazing view of the Alps which was even visible from the shower! The property was amazing, the restaurants superb and the staff were exceptional. My wife took full advantage of the Spa and heated pool while I was partial to the Skybar. The only thing we missed was air conditioning or maybe a ceiling fan but we were able to keep the balcony door cracked at night to get cool air. Overall its a minor complaint compared to all the positives this...

"This is a beautiful spa resort. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lovely restaurant and bar, lovely pool and spa area, free use of bicycles, and great location near Fussen, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves and we would definitely return."

"The location is beautiful (you'll probably need a car to get to it though).The hotel was very well laid out and the pool was great too. Food was really, really good (clearly a source of pride). I used it as a base to see Neuschwanstein and hohenschwangau castles and do some touring by car. What made the stay wxtra-special was the effort the staff went to to make a non-german speaker like me so welcome.I will definitely stay again, you should stay too!"
