"I had to extend my stay so had to move rooms ( not an issue). Both rooms were nice but a tv remote had flat batteries in the first room. The second room had what looked like large heat blisters on the surface of the desk and a worn away edge and a bulb off in the bathroom so I think the maintenance needs to be a bit better. Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine. Very close to bars and restaurants. "

"The room was a long way up on the second floor. No lift and very steep final flight of stairs. The curtain was not hung properly and the WC (and therefore the rest of the small room) was very smelly. The fire alarm went off just as i was getting to sleep and we were all out on the pavement for an hour, en deshabille. "

Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. Il nous a été facturé lors de l'enregistrement alors que nous l'avions déjà payé lors de la réservation - heureusement nous nous en sommes rendu compte après ! Juste la vue de la chambre au 1er étage face au parking qui n'était pas idéale."

"The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links...
