"Wonderful staff and facilities!!"

"The front desk staff was great. They offered our room early to accommodate our arrival. They have no formal restaurant but offer pizza until 22:00. They offer beer, wine m, water, etc. which you can enjoy at tables provided in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and shower was terrific. Perfect for a layover. The inexpensive buffet breakfast is a great deal and was surprisingly fresh and delicious. The hotel shuttle was great and cheap when we headed back to the airport. We couldn’t find the shuttle at the airport after waiting an hour because it was unclear that the hotel shares a shuttle with the nearby Radisson hotel. We took a taxi for 35€ the short distance. "

"An ideal place to stay if visiting Amsterdam central. Tram and trains are very close by. Only had one dining experience but Milan made us genuinely welcome and the food was great. Should have dined there more often."

"Reservations are limited for accommodations. Staff was kind but wouldn’t book again. A lot of construction is around property and uber drivers kept getting lost. Rooms are spacious but had issues with TV and although breakfast was paid for I wasn’t on the list. Small things that serve as an inconvenience happened."
