"Pros: The lobby is gorgeous and the staff were really nice. Also, the air conditioning worked great and the bed was comfortable. Cons: At one point 2 out of 3 elevators were out of service, so there was a long wait. I could hear hall noise in my room and so was lucky not that many people passed by, I found a previous guest's used flossing device in the shower, there was 0 conditioner so it was fortunate I had brought my own, it was a whole project that took several minutes to get shampoo to come...

"Wow, what great stay! The hotel very comfortable, clean and in a perfect location. Despite being in the center of a tourist area the windows were sound-proof so we couldn't hear any street noise. The black-out curtains made it easy to sleep in after a late night. Would absolutely stay here again."

Citizen floor is slippery when wet 🙏 Fortunately, I am much above average, compared to the Novotel in the Baltic countries, this one is a little bit disappointing despite it is standardly clean Recommend change the bath tub to more senior citizens friendly.
