"The hotel is just very dark. The lobby is especially strange. Very little natural light. Nothing really wrong with it just not my taste. It is a fine hotel for one night before catching a plane but there is literally nothing to do outside of the hotel so very limiting. Service, amenities and shuttle service was fine. "

"Reserved for a comfort triple with a separate bedroom with 2 twins/ 1 king and a twin in living room. Was put in a double with smaller room and no bedroom living area separated. The hotel staff continually argued that it was an upgrade like I was stupid. They did give me the room reserved after 2 days and provided free breakfast. I had to argue to get back the free breakfast when they removed the breakfast after 2 days. "

"Good location - near huge mall that we don’t even know. Staff was helpful. Value was good and we’d recommend staying here to our friends. There is no pool though as indicated on hotels.com!"

"Lovely hotel with beautiful swimming pool Ordered burgers at the pool bar but were sent out very rare… had to send back 3 of the dishes and asked to be cooked better. Instead of sending back 3 new burgers they sent back the same burgers with cold chips on it .. not sure why this was done but apart from that.. lovely stay"

"Great hotel with an amazing location nearby everything, you can walk and visit Gaudi's masterpieces nearby, a lot of fine dining options, close to Bus and Metro stations nice walkable neighborhood. Has a rooftop bar that has a nice view and is a great place to have drinks and finger food. Breakfast is included and was very good with a great selection"

"Amazing location! Metro station a block away at the Sagrada Familia. The view of the Sagrada Familia from our window was just gorgeous and the rooftop bar with the same view made this hotel perfect for us"

"A unique and nice hotel with super location to shopping, restaurants, and all of the excitement of The Rambla Area. Beautiful suite. The bathtub (and shower, in one) a bit difficult to get in & out as it was so high without a stool or handrail. The disappointing part is that the two elevators are extremely small and we got stuck in one; no lights, no power and no way to call for help. Front desk staff didn't seem terribly worried. They did not post a sign stating it was out of service. Not a...
