"Really beautiful modern hotel. Decor was welcoming and front desk, restaurant and bar staff were helpful. Enjoyed the hot breakfast options and the cool ambiance of this hotel. We did have an issue w/ the first room at the very start and had to switch rooms on the first day. There was a leak in the bathroom of the first room. But I will say that the staff made every effort to help make it right and we received a new room after our return for the day. They even left us a really nice note with apologies for any inconvenience AND a basket with some snacks and soft drinks for our new room. Any early check in charge was also refunded to me for this inconvenience. "

"We had dinner at the teraza restaurant, food was ok but staff kept disappearing. We had to go after them to pay, they were watching a game on their phone… Apart from that hotel was good, clean, nice variety at breakfast"

"I didn’t like the stuffs who worked on the roof because they were rude. One of them yelled on us without any reason when we went to take a picture. They need to be more respectful"

The taxies were waiting at the entrance, which was convenient when you are trying to get to the airport on-time. Overall, my experience was positive. "

"Had an amazing stay. Room and staff were great, definitely would stay at the hotel again. Hotel is having some construction done on the parking lot so there is a lot of debris but other than that all was great. Hotel is conveniently located above the train/metro so it was easy to get around. "
