"Upon check in we met Elena who welcomed us with a great humor. I will never forget her. She made me laugh so much and recall our time when we were in Old Yugoslavia. As we spoke the language, she upgraded our room and gave us the best room she had. The place, the furniture and amenities were newly decorated and beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and restaurant was amazing. Everything what we ate was delicious. The hotel was walking distance to many must see places. "

"Our penthouse room had its own patio. Very well furnished and designed room. But what gives this hotel a 6 star rating is the attention the staff pay to their guests. From boxing up a a boxed lunch to great advice on everything from the best restaurants and tours to booking them and following up on your experience.
