"Habitaciones limpias"

"Second time staying. We liked all the restaurants. Steak house a little overated. Only dislike is the fact there are only 2 washrooms to cover a large area of the property on the ground level."

"Friendly staff, warm welcoming, everyone very polite, clean place family friendly, great atmosphere, food, and great activities"

"The food at the restaurants was not good, very average. It didnt have much to offer. I would personally go for a different resort."

"Excellent breakfast Staff very friendly"

"The whole property needs to be bulldozed over. It neds so much work. There’s nothing clean. It stinks. The rooms are disgusting. We had no air conditioning in our room the night we stayed there. It was 95° in the room, asked for the air conditioner to be fixed or fans got neither. The staff was rude. The food was disgusting. We got up the next morning the 24th and moved to another resort which cost us another $5200. I would like a refund on the room from the crown paradise golden adult only...

"Great breakfast and immaculate facilities Bit of a walk to beach. Highly recommended"

"They are still in the process of remodeling and adding on. They are building a restaurant right by the pool so you could hear that construction while at the pool. Only one out of five elevators were working. The fire alarm went off everyday due to them working on the elevators. The breakfast buffet was in the sports bar due to remodeling. We will go back eventually, just going to wait two years."

"There were cockroaches in the room. This is the oldest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and the bathtub was covered in mold. The hotel was undergoing renovations, with unbearable noise, and only one restaurant was open. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, even for free."

"Food variety was perfect! Room was gorgeous!"

"We loved our stay!"
