"Wonderful rooms, clean etc. The only thing I did not appreciate nor did many people in the check in line at Ballys Dover Delaware is we arrived 1 hr early and they would not let any of us check in unless we were legend members. The line probably had 20 to 25 people in it and none of them were legend members and they still made us stand there and wait to check in. That was very disappointing.
