"The Hotel was perfect for our stay . New clean rooms comfortable bed and up to date shower room with shower gel and shampoo.
Breakfast was good value for money with plenty of choices .

Ben, the duty manager was very efficient with the breakfasts. He got me extra tea as requested and did a lovely takeaway bag of sausage and bacon sandwich so my husband could eat later.

"Lovely old property, it was right for us within nice walking distance to darley park for a concert( 20 mins). Very quiet area, slept lovely, comfy bed and pillows. We didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. Perhaps needs a bit of tlc and promoting as it didn't seem busy and really should be. If the outside door looks closed late at night just push it you can get in. Good value for money."

"Room and all areas of hotel were very clean, bed very comfortable and beautiful location by the river in a quiet area. Room had everything you’d need.
The hotel and room in particular does need a little TLC. Furniture old and worn, carpet in room needed replacing and walls could do with a new lick of paint.
Grounds have seen better days but have a lot of potential."
"Second time we've stayed on our long drive to North Wales. We love it there and my husband who is a football fan particularly likes the atmosphere. The heatlh spa and leisure facilties are excellent as well."
