"The staff were lovely and very helpful booking tours, taxis and discussing local travelling . The amenities are just not 4 star . The outdoor bar lacks character and experienced bartender. The hotel inside and out just looked warn. No fresh flowers, towels were not plush, lobby furniture needed to be freshened up and it just wasn’t a place that you enjoyed coming back to after evening dinner . "A beautifully designed hotel. Our suite was very nice, it had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very attentive. The location is ok. There are no views from the property. Easy to walk into town, there’s lots of building work around the property at the moment. The main pool is very small, with only 8 sunbeds, this was ok for us as we went to beaches instead. Our hot tub was full of sand and not very hot. Would recommend hiring a car to explore the...

"The staff is extremely knowledgeable friendly, and helpful! We had an amazing stay here. When we were faced with a medical emergency, they were so very helpful and empathetic. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast included with our stay was also delicious!"

"The hotel was near a beach which was nice, but the farthest one from town. The rooms were a bit dated, for example, there was a curtain used for a bed cover on the side bed, somewhat of an open shower/bathroom and our chairs on the patio were missing 2 cushions. And the breakfast was very basic. Although staff was very friendly. Next time we'd look for a closer location to town and one with a slightly younger crowd."
