"Amazing hotel, brilliant staff, great food options and a very peaceful atmosphere. The gym, spa and beach were all great, very clean, good-sized room with very comfortable bed. We particularly loved the Pilates classes taught by Vanessa and the hotel even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake on my birthday. We had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again!"
"Kein 5-Sterne-Standard
"Excellent hotel, very helpful and friendly staff.
Definitely would stay here again.
My only disappointment was the hotel spa which doesn't belong to hotel but is onsite and offer services whilst you are at pool. I booked 2 treatments and they asked for payment upfront (whilst booking you in while you are relaxing at pool). Unfortunately I went for my treatments and they only did one, claiming I hadn't got them both booked - even though I gave the receipt to spa manager and was fully paid. They...
"Absolutely lovely find. Rooms -- many with plunge pools -- situated in beautiful garden surroundings, next to a large beach. Could've easily stayed for a week and been very happy."
"It is a beautiful setting. The hotel is relatively small but the villas are nicely placed and the pool and bar areas are very nice. The sea is very pleasant with a fine rocky almost sandy beach easily accessible. Sun loungers on the beach are not available but there are enough sun loungers in the surrounding spaces with a sea view so that is OK. There were no water sports eg kayaking available although the hotel next door has a couple of paddleboards you can hire. The sea swimming area is...
Activités sportives très originales (aqua stand up padel, trampoline workout). Horaires de piscine trop réduits. Buffets variés. Boissons au bar sympa"
"Wonderful setting above a fabulous little beach with perfect swimming/sunning. Room itself could have used improvement (bad lighting/bed), but the view and the swimming were sublime. Staff were welcoming too."
"Penny and her family are excellent hosts. They prioritise the guests and we felt very at home. The atmosphere is relaxed. I loved the background music at breakfast and by the pool. We were in the annex, the view was amazing, we watched sail boats go by from our veranda. The Friday night greek night was great fun well worth booking. The hotel is in a quiet area and is less than a 10 minute walk into Kavos so great to be away from the noise. My son praised the night manager who was very friendy...
"I was quite disappointed with my room as well as the service of the staff upon my arrival to Valmar Corfu. When I first entered my hotel room, I did not like the smell...it was mildewed-like and not something I could tolerate. I addressed my concern with the front desk and the lady assured me that someone would come up to inspect it but no one ended up coming. I also found small bugs in the bed, in the television converter, as well as on the small island above the mini-fridge. I ended up...
