The breakfast (not included) was very nice - typical of German hotel buffets with a wide selection of items. "

"Our first visit to Austria and we fell in love with it. The stunning scenery in any weather was breathtaking at every angle. The facilities were faultless and staff were very welcoming and friendly without exception. The food was more like 5 star especially the dessert by Chloe who clearly was well trained in Paris which were heavenly.Kristina welcomed us with a personal and genuine explanation of the hotel and room. "The front desk was so EXTREMELY patient and kind to us. They were very accomadating and understanding to our language barrier. An exceptionally thoughtful young man assisted us part way to get our bus in the rain. Without his help not sure if we would have made our connections.
