"Lived up to expectations we originally were put in the Cabana we had booked online but after the first night the aircon was too loud and I couldn’t sleep. Having raised it with them they immediately moved us to a new room with split aircon which is much quieter. Staff were very helpful and friendly as you would expect, the food and spa facilities lived up to expectations also. Some great treatments available and I would definitely recommend the Hilot traditional massage.we had a few minor issues...

"Friendly staff, good food"

"Fridays Puerto Galera is a beautiful private island resort, and that privacy is the main reason to stay here. The setting is peaceful, the beach is beautiful, and being separated from the mainland makes the entire stay feel much more secluded than a normal beachfront hotel. It is a great place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the surroundings without crowds or traffic. The tradeoff is convenience. "Amazing resort, room is spacious and has everything you need, they also have a very good restaurant which is reasonably priced and serves a very tasty food"

"Nice quiet place, Lovely friendly staff , nice food."

"It didn’t feel sanitary, the sink was backed up, the key wouldn’t open the door after we returned from dinner and it took a very long time for them to reprogram it, the “Mountain View” room actually was an alley view of rooftops and stray cats. Cross this place off your list. The free breakfast was a limited menu that could only be eaten by a local. Every option had dried fish. My girlfriend’s eggs weren’t even cooked all the way and were slimy albumen."

"This resort is a little gem, nested in quiet, beautiful surroundings away from noisy white beach. The infinity pool is perfect for relaxation and hanging out. The staff is helpful, especially Dan stood out being very attentative and serviceminded! Highly recommend this resort!"

"We had too many issues. The toilet sink was clogged. The boat tour we had was different from the description and they still wanted to charge the full amount. The area doesnt have much activities. Everything you bring inside is subject to corkage. You have yo pay extra 17%. The only positive point are the staffs who are nice"

"This resort is great, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the location right at the beach is beautiful."

"바다가 바로 보이는데 리조트입니다 룸상태는 깨끗한편이며 하우스키핑 친절하며 청소도 잘해주었습니다 레스토랑 직원은 불친절하며 교육이 필요할듯 합니다 아쉬운점은 무료 제공되는 물이 업고 번화가에서 살짝 먼거리 입니다 다이버들에겐 최고 이지만 일반 관광객은 비추입니다"
