"The best things about this hotel were comfortable beds, a good size room and excellent staff, especially the lady who checked us in. Onyeka (not sure is this spelling is correct) greeted us warmly, and gave us waffles and a chance to win free parking on a spin the wheel game, which we did! She also gave us great recommendations for a restaurant in Bruges and suggested a stroll by the water that was absolutely charming. Best check in yet!

"It took quite a while to finally get the circuit breaker fixed for our room. My husband says you should create a map of circuit breakers because they are scattered all over the hotel & in fact ours was in a locked closet in our room so that’s what caused the delay with getting it fixed. "We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Normandy. Beautiful hotel, attentive staff, delicious and lovely breakfast. Safe location, large bathroom and basic room was a great size. The pool was warm and huge! We loved it!!! We were warmly welcomed and made to feel pampered."
