"The hotel is on the bus route, in a good location to be deeper into city from Edinburgh airport. Walk to restaurants around 15 min, 30 min to large grocery store. The cleanliness was extremely lacking, stained carpets in the hallways, hallways smelling of cigarette, mould in shower. Pillows thin, mattress was box spring, and sleep uncomfortable. The room had A/C which was good. The cafe/restaurant was good, food and options were good, beautiful view to sit in the restaurant. Breakfast opened at...

"No alternative for bathtub? very dangerous for old people ?after 2days transfer to room near the elevator for disable؟ lots of TV Channel not working ? No alternative when you miss yr breakfast?Ac only controlled from reception??and they couldn’t change it fix on 21C?!it’s not recommended for family with movement disable person?No sound prove for the room?like sleeping in the street?"

"Rooms were clean, breakfast and lounge was well stocked and the staff were polite and helpful. The location is easy to get anywhere and though no parking, they have some discount while parking at the Waverly station car park. There's a lot of scaffolding and elevators are limited due to construction"

"We appreciated the location which provided great walkability to all interesting points. We enjoyed the restaurant and had a delicious gourmet dinner. We had a pleasant respite in the bar and my husband enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room. Our room was comfortable and I appreciated the big soaker bathtub."
